Ingredients:

 

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– 1 can chickpeas

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– ¼ cup Buffalo sauce

– ½ cup hummus

– 1 lemon-juiced

– 2 large tortillas

– romaine lettuce

– spinach

– shredded cheese

 

Step #1:

 

Heat pan to medium and add olive oil. Rinse chickpeas and add them into the pan. Add garlic powder and Buffalo sauce. Let that simmer, stirring every couple of minutes.

Step #2:

 

Mix the hummus and lemon juice in a bowl.

 

Step #3:

 

Assemble the wrap – place hummus mixture, romaine lettuce, spinach, Buffalo chickpeas, and cheese into your tortillas.
